I had to ship my car from MA to CA and after shopping around for months, the best option I found was AAA auto transport. I initially called and the gentleman that I spoke with was so helpful and gave me the most reasonable quote that I had seen. I compared AAA with four other auto companies and this had the best price, the shortest timeframe of delivery and the most friendly and helpful people. My car was picked up on the day that I declared it would be available for travel, which was awesome, and it was delivered within a week. I was not there for the initial pickup but my mom was and she told me the driver was very helpful and polite which was very reassuring. When the car was being delivered, the driver called me when he was about 30 minutes away to let me know, (even though I had been tracking my car for a couple days and already knew haha). When he got to my house he took my car down off the carrier and it was filthy and covered in dead bugs (totally expected though because it did just travel over 3000 miles!). He went over everything with me and made sure the car was in the condition that it was picked up in and it was. He was very helpful and super polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. The EZPASS was left in my car and I had to overnight ship it back to the company which I didn't mind doing and I received a check in the mail a few days later totally reimbursing me for it. I am so please and satisfied with this company and would reccomend them to anyone and definitely use them again!
